FIX AUTO EDMONTON WEST

My experience with this shop has been top notch. The staff have gone out of their way to assist me with the repairs that needed to be made to my vehicle. Andre helped with getting me a vehicle when I was not able to get one due to there being a shortage of rental cars at Enterprise. After I got my vehicle back I had an issue with my car battery, which turned out that the battery was dead. I called the shop to see if any of the work they had done on my vehicle would have directly affected my battery or my vehicle's inability to start. I was told that they did not work on anything near my battery. I spoke with Andre about this and he sent one of the staff members out to assist me with getting a boost to my car. Brandon arrived on the scene and boosted my car for me to get it going. He also mentioned that he thought my battery was dead and that I should go get a new battery. Since I could not get off work before the shop closed, Brandon offered to come to my work to replace the battery for me. Even though they had no obligation to me for the problems with my battery the staff far exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone needing work done to their vehicle. Great work by Andre, Brandon and the entire team at Fix Auto West Edmonton!!!!
