Great experience. I called to try and locate a part for an ancient Craftsman garage door opener. Cassandra was very helpful on the phone and though they didn't have the exact part I was looking for, they had something similar so I went down hoping that it would still work. Cassandra, Tony, really the whole staff were great. They took my old part and in short order were able to locate exactly what I needed. The price was also very reasonable. A class act from start to finish. Thanks guys.

Amazingly helpful staff, all of them, from the front end to the back. As a drop in customer, I was directed to them because Barcol is always closed when I go there. JD doors was able to supply me with all of my parts and supply me with loads of free advise. From this point forward I will use them over any other OH door company in Edmonton. Thank you all for providing the service that is exceptionally hard to find these days!
