Red Lobster

We stopped at your location on Sunday, restaurant looked very busy but we didn't wait long for our server. I wish I remembered the name of our server but he was very attentive and keep our drinks refilled. We were so impressed with the service that we would have came back even if the food was not as delicious as it was. I have never written a review before but I was so impressed with your restaurant that I had to. Thank you for the excellent service and very delicious seafood.....we will be back.

This was my first red lobster experience and it was underwhelming. The lobster was great but the wine selection was almost completely non existent. When I'm spending $50 on a meal, I'd expect my server to know what the different wines are that they serve, and I'd expect them to have more than 3 choices of each colour.
We were also packed in like sardines where the back of my chair when I was sitting eating was touching the back of the chair for the person at the table behind me.

Food is lightly more salty. Good place to have seafood particular with free biscuits.
Service is also good.
Price is very reasonable. Daily specials are great.

Fast service. Friendly staff. We were told it would be a 15-20 minute wait before we could be seated which was fine considering it was dinner service on a Saturday when we arrived. They had our table ready in about ten minutes instead which was nice. Everything was cooked well, sanitary, and prompt. Definitely a nice location. Will be back

So my ordered was place at the restaurant with door dash as delivery. My order was up and ready I get an email saying it is canceled. Called the manager at West End amazing service he went above and beyond. He even sent it to me in cab what a hero lol. I’ll be definitely back buy for dine or pick up only.
