I was very impressed with Splashdown Eaves. From the quotation process right through to the receipt of payment they were completely professional. Their pricing was very competitive, in fact I had quotes that were double their price for inferior work (smaller downspouts). The estimator was very professional and polite, and answered all my questions. The installer was there early finished his work quickly and was also very polite. When he arrived he asked me if there was anything in particular I wanted him to take care of.

I find that the normal culture among trade contractors is to be very rude and not very polite to the customer. Splashdown is a very welcome exception to that rule, and I am overwhelmingly willing to recommend them to anyone looking for eavestrough replacement work.

Very efficient and courteous office staff and Randy made it happen knowing our situation and that another crew was waiting to come in. The fellows with installation were great. Very polite and helpful. Worked in 30+ temps but persevered. Did an excellent job and cleaned up after. Overall a Very good experience and we would highly recommend for reliability, professionalism, and quality work. Thank you for helping us in our difficult situation!

We had Splashdown Eaves remove all of our old gutters and install new ones. They were professional and friendly and cleaned up everything extremely well. They provided recommendations on our downspouts that we decided to do and are very happy we did! We love the way they look and after a few heavy rainfalls, everything is working as it should! We would use them again if needed and highly recommend to anyone looking for this service.
