Troiwest has been an absolute pleasure to work with. Their floorplan was perfect for what we wanted. They left us extra material for the house just in case anything were to be damaged so we really appreciate it. The site superintendent Brandon was very respectful and walked us through the house and warranty process when we were purchasing the house. I highly recommend Troiwest to anyone who is looking for a new home!

Amazing builder, highly recommend! I bought a brand new house that they constructed and you can really tell they built everything in our house to a very high standard. On top of this hey were always super responsive and really easy to work with on any warranty repairs. There was a number of times I even asked their opinion on warranty items and they always either fixed the issue or called an expert for a second opinion when they really could have convinced me out of the fix (usually very minor things).

The main representative we worked with was Jesse and he was super knowledgeable and very nice.

I like the their designs and great workmanship. Their houses are neat and their finish is clean. Communication with Jesse is professional and prompt. It was great working with him. We are enjoying the beautiful home. I would recommend these guys.

I had an overall pleasurable experience with Troiwest Builders as they helped my family and I settle into our new home. From the negotiating stage straight through to the moment I got my keys, I felt valued, respected and understood. George was excellent in addressing all my needs for certain modifications during the construction stage. Jesse was very thorough on possession day as he walked me through my new home and explained to me how everything worked. He patiently and expertly answered all questions I had during my new home orientation. Brandon was and continues to be my go-to person for any concerns I have since moving in. There’s a lot of information to take in and sometimes the same questions are asked and answers more than once. But they’ve all exhibited patience and professionalism throughout. I’m happy that my first home purchase experience was a positive one and I would highly recommend Troiwest Builders to anyone looking to purchase a new home!!
