Anisette Gent is a very friendly, professional real estate agent. She was quick to find us suitable properties within our budget and went beyond the call of duty several times in chauffeuring myself and my mother to and from various property viewings as well as being available at various times of the day and evening whenever we had questions. The minute we met, we felt a positive connection and later found out that she had worked with close friends of ours who also sang her praises. We couldn't agree more and wouldn't hesitate for a second in recommending her to friends and family. Anisette is definitely the kind of person you want on your side when making the difficult the decision to buy a house.

- Anisette was always able to accommodate us in a very timely manner for open-house showings, and would work tirelessly to compile potential listings we may be interested in across various neighbourhoods. This was especially helpful as we were fairly new to the city and buying our first home.
- We would always discuss with Anisette what we felt the pros and cons with each open-house. Anisette would always provide honest input, which not only helped to create a "no-pressure" environment where we could start to figure out what we wanted in a home, but she would also remember our comments in the future when choosing showings to view. The attention to the 'little details' like this certainly made us feel valued and important.
- Her communication and responsiveness is exemplary; throughout the entire home-buying process, we wrote a plethora of emails to various parties, and sometimes it would take days to get a response. The only exception was Anisette, who really impressed us with how quickly we could expect to hear back from her. There was one concern we had with the house we ended up purchasing, and Anisette pursued it ruthlessly to get it resolved, and was proactive at providing us with updates on the situation. This was just one of the times we were glad Anisette was on our side; she always seems to have the time for her clients, so we're not sure if she does anything other than her job!
- As first time home-buyers, she also took the time to walk us through the process and paperwork in detail. Even when we were very close to putting in an offer on one place and then did a complete 180 on it a few days later, she was very understanding and quick on her feet to help us figure out what exactly we did want.
- And finally, Anisette is super easy to get along with! She's always happy to chat, outgoing, and just a positive person overall.
