(February 25, 2021, 9:06 pm)I stayed at this property for almost 2 years. The building is very old. You may also have issues with some homeless people at the parking lot backside of the building. You may also find this property not updated. I had bad experience with their fire alarms quite a bit that kept ringing in the middle of the night for no reason. I found the appliances were not working sometimes, like the washer, dryer etc. Sometimes, people smoke pots inside the building. But this 5 stars review goes to the property manager, Udey, who treated me very well and made my stay worthwhile. He is a very nice gentleman and ready to help tenants. I think the company is trying to improve themselves to better serve their residents.
