Update: I will leave my original review posted, however many of the issues have been addressed by Sunco's CEO Mike in person to rectify the errors made and come to a solution moving forward. We are hoping that our service and reliability with the new system will continue to be improved upon when issues come up, but we appreciate the effort made by Kenny our technician, and Mike to improve upon the past service we received.

- Discrepancies between the salesman who showed up to sell us a system, and the installation team who came to install (without the necessary equipment) resulted in our install date being pushed back over a month during the busiest time of business for us. We hoped that our experience would have been more streamlined then it was - to prevent any possible disruptions in service / business for us.
