Helen is beyond awesome! I Have had 3 sessions with her and she takes the mind body co-relation to a whole new level. Massages apart and her cupping technique. she also taught me different stretching exercises as well. Will keep going back to her!

Helen takes the time to heal your problem areas. She is constantly communicating with you like sharing insight on what she is doing and how it impacts you and the amount of pressure you want applied.

I had two sessions so far where she went to my home. The first focused on my back where she made great use of her elbows and forearms. The second focused on my legs where the massage was exercised on various angles achieved through leg stretches.

I will definitely be getting another massage from Helen.

Never in my life have i ever had a deeper massage. My shoulders felt so good after the massage - highly recommend Helen. Her elbows will get into every crevasse of your back!!

I recently checked out Inner Relm Wellness and had Helen Tran for my deep tissue massage. Helen was fantastic! She really knew what she was doing. I have had other massages but Helen was by far the best!! She was able to pin point and focus on my strained muscles especially in my back. I would highly recommend Helen and I will definitely be going back to see her!

Solid overall work by Helen. I highly recommend seeing her when your body is aching. She is very thorough in her assessment and educating you on why your body is acting the way it is. She also focuses on what you need the most and has excellent pressure to get those nasty knots out. I would definitely come back.
