The sound proofing is really bad. You can hear even the footsteps of your upstairs neighbor 😭 other than that the underground parking is a blessing, everything else is good.
I own a condo here. It's a nice, clean complex. Management is super nice. They are on top of things and do a great job of coordinating things and helping the tenants when needed. I do hear the 2 neighbors above me on occasion, and on the one side with noisy dogs though. It helps to get to know your neighbors and let them know you. So, the building could have been better built those 10 years ago. Nice to have a park next door, love the high fence in between for privacy. Underground parking is wonderful and not having to shovel snow or mow the lawn is great! "Toto, there's no place like home."

Management has done a great job of keeping this place organized. Property manager has been one of the nicest people I have ever seen. Nothing but great words on the management team. Keep up the great work!!!
