This is a nice and comfortable place to live. The office staff are friendly and nice. The manager, Dee was really helpful and friendly and has promptly addressed all our concerns since we moved in.

The apartment is beautiful. It is not at all sound proof. You can hear people across the hall, below, upstairs, and next to you. You can even hear people down the hall from your apartment. It also gets dusty often. But overall, it's a good place to live.

Parking outdoors costs 60 dollars, I find it ridiculous considering when it snows, they plowed the snow beside our car. It made, backing out of out corner spot sketchy at the best of times. We tried inquiring about parking indoor but no one got back to us..

It was really nice to find a place that is pet friendly, but nothing is done to ensure people pickup after thier pets, other than memos sent out once in a blue moon it got gross.

The units are great! Kassandra is an AMAZING leasing agent. Any questions, no matter how late (or how ridiculous) she’s always been there to help. Couldn’t ask for a better home and management :)

A nice community in Keswick with doable layout, nice neighbors and easy access to amenities. But the best feature is the in-suite AC, no more hot summer! You Really should take a look if you would consider to live in Windermere or SW area! Talk to the nice staffs, they'll help you to find the best suite.

I moved in early this month, Dee the site manager has been so helpful since my move, very attentive and always looking for ways to help. I can go on about how great she has been. I hope this great service continues 🙂
