(March 21, 2022, 6:38 pm)Wait times are incredibly long on a Monday morning. Expect to wait outside for about 2 hours. I'd bring a snack, a chair, and be sure to dress appropriately for the weather.

(March 4, 2022, 8:13 pm)They handle a high volume of people in an effective and efficient manner. Was 1.5 hrs for a new passport on an extremely busy Friday. Staff from front security all the way to check out were kind and knowledgeable.
(January 4, 2022, 8:56 pm)Waited two hours today, wouldn't of been bad if the social distancing didn't keep you outside in -37. So make sure you dress for the weather. Susan the security guard was lovely. My worker that helped me was super kind as well.
