Blue Ribbon Kennels

It would be hard to find a nicer couple than Kelli and Curt.
My wife, myself and our little rescue dog Boo are all seniors. Boo has separation anxiety when away from us, and was never taught to socialize with other dogs.
We had never needed kennel services before this past week. Obviously we were anxious leaving him in the care of others, but we did.

To no one’s real surprise, Boo survived!
And happily, it appears!

When I picked him up he didn’t see me at first and was having a marvellous time walking with Kelli. We got home, he said hi , raced around a bit and settled in like he had never left.

He’s probably wondering why we were acting so weird!
Long story short, we are very grateful for the service Kelli and Curt provide, and we will be taking Boo back to them.

Kim is an excellent dog trainer, and Kim and Harry are great people who love and understand dogs. Our dog had a great time with them. Highly recommended!

Our Rottweiler does very good with Kim. In our first session, Kim gave us helpful advice and good training homework to do with Piper. She let us know that if we have further questions that we could contact her. I also appreciated how there wasn't a lot of pressure to book another session. Piper will be starting Novice classes with Kim and we are all so excited!

As for boarding, Piper had a wonderful time playing with Kim, Harry, and the other pups. We had concerns about her being anxious and being let out with unfamiliar dogs. Kim emailed us the night we dropped her off to let us know that Piper was doing fine with the other dogs. I emailed the following night to check in. She replied quickly and even sent us a couple videos of Piper playing with a friend she made.

I respected the fact that Kim is so blunt when it came to our dog. She doesn't leave stuff out and points out things we wouldn't be able to see with our unprofessional eye. Kim and Harry will definitely be our lifetime source for training and boarding.

World class pet accommodations where our animals are made to feel like family. Sometimes I don't think the dogs want to come back to our boring home in the city after this paradise in the country! Don't just wait for a big trip to take your pets here, give them (and yourselves) a staycation and drop them off for a few days.
