Dr. Danielle has been my DTCM and acupuncturist for many years and has always been a source of wisdom and healing for me. She is incredibly personable and she genuinely cares about you and your treatment. She will provide advise and is nonjudgmental if you're unable to apply something she suggests. Dr. Caruk genuinely cares about getting a wholistic picture of each patient and providing me with unique and individualized treatments that work to treat not just the symptom, but the underlying cause of the symptom. In the first appointment she spent a lot of time getting to know my lifestyle, my diet, my sleep habits, my activity level, my mental state, and past health issues, etc., then created a plan to use a variety of herbs, acupuncture, change to diet, and other ways to calm my anxiety and heal my shoulder. Follow ups aren't just quick repeats of the original, she asks about progress and makes changes to the plan for optimal healing at each stage of the process. Besides being incredibly knowledgeable, she's also friendly and warm, and always makes me feel understood and supported. Finally, she's got a fabulous location that really makes me feel like I've gotten away from it all and can focus on self-care. Highly recommend!
