I contacted Valley Heating and Cooling Services after business hours through their website and received a call-back almost immediately. My emergency became their priority and I had an estimate done first thing the next morning with repairs done later that afternoon. Excellent customer service - everything was explained thoroughly and I was given clear repair options. My furnace was repaired efficiently and now works great. Kudos to Valley Heating and Cooling Services for running such a great local business!
