There are not enough words to say how happy I am with this service!! I was so apprehensive to leave my two cats for 10 days, and Richard was so kind and caring from the moment we contacted him.
The room the kitties spend nights in is SPECTACULAR and just a perfect cat haven, the rest of the house the kitties spend the day in is super cat friendly.
Richard took pictures and gave updates each day, my heart was completely at ease and I knew my kitties were safe and sound, allowing me to fully enjoy my holiday. I will forever use his service and recommend him to anyone.
It was very clear when pickings them up that they had fun and felt at home while they were at Richards and that also made me very happy. Like I said there are just not enough words to describe my joy with this service!!!
