Anduro did some work for me about 10 years ago so I came back recently for more assistance after setting up a new on-line presence for my business. We were interested in using analytics to track our clients and figure out what Social Media tool is best for our marketing purposes. Jeff came and did a 3 hour workshop for our manager group. He showed how we compared to other institutions and where we needed to improve. It was very enlightening to actually see the raw data and stats. We invited him back to speak at our annual Social Media Conference on analytics. (MRU Shift 2013). Finding out what the ROI is on Social Media is tricky. You need someone who is knowledgeable on all of the Social Media channels, as well as someone who knows how to collect and analyze the data. I follow both him personally and Anduro Marketing on Twitter and they walk the talk on Social Media and Marketing.
