I'm so impressed with Bryan!

Our first experience:
I first spoke to Bryan, Oct 2020 with a stressful emergency situation. Initially my husband and I, hired a "different concrete company, who failed miserably in all areas!" We needed to find another company to salvage our concrete job asap. Before speaking to Bryan, I called a few other companies, and was either told they could fit the job in (with quotes reflecting very evident up-charging in our desperation), or they couldn't help us, understandably trying to wrap up their current projects before winter. Then I spoke with Bryan, and he literally "rescued our incomplete concrete job" from sitting unfinished over the winter. Incidentally this would have caused winter projects scheduled after the concrete, to be put on hold. Bryan himself was booked solid, yet he made time to get our job completed, "without gouging us, even knowing we were desperate". I believe it was because we were so desperate, combined with Bryan's kind character, that had him take on our project amongst an already tight schedule. To our absolute relief, he came through with "over and above customer service". Bryan is professional, knowledgeable, and most importantly CARES about his customers and workmanship!!! He and his team of staff take pride in ensuring each project is to the customers satisfaction.

Our second experience:
We hired Bryan to complete another concrete project summer 2021. A complication arose with color matching to an adjacent older original concrete pad. Bryan listened, and alleviated our concerns with his outstanding integrity and genuine care for his customers, making the situation right. Bryan has shown his motivations are not driven by profits, rather his INTEGRITY, PROFESSIONALISM and UTMOST CARE to providing EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE to his customers!!

It was through Concrete Experts high rating and excellent reviews that motivated me to call them. Paying it forward, like all of the customers before me (with their bang on, positive reviews of Bryan and Concrete Experts) that greatly helped in my search for the best concrete company to deal with. I would recommend anyone looking for a concrete contractor, the #1 and only choice is Bryan and Concrete Experts!!

Mitch lifted our exposed aggregate driveway down one side last week Very professional and friendly .Mitch thoroughly explained the process as he went.
From Dallin who gave the estimate, telephone conversation with Bryan and finally Mike who completed the sealing of driveway edge. Each and every member of the team were outstanding reps for the company.

Brian expertly prepped, placed and finished my 30 by 40 ft. garage pad. The slope he put on it was perfect, which is not easy to do over 40ft. The man is honest and has integrity. Thank you sir.
