Very clean facility. Processed our venison in a timely manner. We had sausage, smokies, and pepperoni made, extremely pleased with the final products.
I brought my Whitetail deer in already quartered, and specifically wanted the smokies. It was super easy to drop off the meat and Rick was very professional to deal with. To my surprise they were ready rather quickly considering the time of year it is, I was pleasantly surprised at the time it took. Well I no sooner got home after picking them up, fired up the Q and very much enjoyed the first batch. Thanks Rick

This facility and the people there are not even comparable to any other game procesor in the Calgary area. We had just used a competitor in Calgary and the experience was hair raising. In this case we dropped off a larger mule buck and everything was 100% professional and enjoyable. Rick's facility is brand new, ultra clean and state of the art. Sliding door storage cooler inspires confidence, as does the effortless drop off. Impromptu tour of the facility showed total cleanliness, professional staff, outstanding meat handling, state of the art equipment and a respectful attitude. We will never use another game processor, unless Rick retires. PERIOD.
I dropped of my moose this year and had Rick cut it up. It was super warm out at the time. I was very pleased with how easy it was to get it into the cooler on short notice. They did an excellent job in trimming and packaging.
