I have a male Pomeranian who is the sweetest, cuddliest dog but also a drama queen when it comes to things like a visit to the vet. He has wailed and yelped and been completely dramatic with every vaccine etc., since we have had him (and he’s been to different vets. UNTIL Dr. Janes!! George (dog) and I think she is heaven sent! For the FIRST TIME EVER, he didn’t make a peep when getting his vaccine! I was in shock! She is the best! The other staff is also amazing and friendly! Highly recommended by George and I!

The staff made room to get my dashy Wolfie in on short notice, even though it was not an emergency.

Dr. Vicky went over and above her calling as a Vet to calm my very badly behaved dog.

By the end of visit though, Wolfie and Dr. Vicky were on kissing terms.

Dr. Vicky's diagnosis was bang on and Wolfie is as good as new.

I have brought my big boy Braves here and am about to bring my girl Mercy to Hearland Vet; this is my new place! My dogs are seniors at 13 years old and we wanted to find a local vet when I moved back here to the Fort. Dr. Janes is AMAZING and Braves adores her and the staff. She is kind, knowledgeable, honest, and I can tell she cares about Braves, which makes all the difference. Go to heartland! The whole team there is amazing!

My Maggie (pup who is 12 weeks old) was so sick and we had no appointment and we had never been there before...I called and they got her in right away and had her on iv and kept her for hours and made her feel so much better. They have an amazing staff! They even called the next morning to check up on her. They 100% have our business and would highly recommend them!

Dr Vicki has been great to work with. She’s very kind and spent plenty of time to get to know our dog. Prices are very competitive when compared to Edmonton vets. The only thing I wish they had was direct billing through trupanion.
