Inspection Proof

Don was very helpful when coming out today for a home inspection. He was diligent, considerate and took the time to educate us. Unfortunately I wasn't able to be completely present due to a seizure disorder that comes and goes. Don spoke softly and slowly and was noticeably making effort to minimize any disturbances from sounds ( ladder placement etc) in respect to my current abilities. That level of professionalism gives me the confidence to rate 5 stars today and recommend him to anyone needing these services in the future.

Don was fantastic. Incredibly thorough on the inspection, and explained items and answered questions as we went. The reports provided are great and contain lots of detail and images. The whole experience was easy, and Don was just a great dude to be around. I don't even need to worry about who's going to inspect the next house!

We were very happy with our home inspection! Though buying a new build, we didn't want to proceed without a thorough inspection. Thanks to a certified thermal scan, Don was able to spot a couple of leaks and some areas that required further insulation. Within 24hrs of the inspection, we received a detailed report coupled with photo documentation of all concerning areas. Will be sure to recommend!
