Westland Park

I’ve lived in Westland Park since 2020 and have rented several apartments, basement suites, a house, and owned a home prior to that. Westland Park is by far the most well maintained property I have lived in. The staff is friendly and prompt with any questions or small issue (I’ve never had any big issues) I’ve had. Mona and Robyn are lovely to talk to and make you feel like family, and right at home. Bill does an excellent and professional job when he has entered my unit to fix random things (and I’m annoying and call a-lot for very small things ::D and they’re all very patient). The grounds are so beautiful in the spring and summertime, complete with beautiful flowerbeds that are watered and tended to regularly. I feel so at home here and do not plan to buy a home anytime soon so I may end up here for years and would be very happy with that!

We currently rent here, and for the first time in a long time we feel like we have a permanent home, all the companies ive rented with since moving here have been a nightmare and i always moved out at my earliest convenience due to it. The places are super clean, management is great, neighbors are really nice and the place were in is super nice and freshly renovated. Couldnt ask for a better place or rental company.

Over the past 31 years, in between owning various homes in the Fort, we have lived in Westlands 4 times. We find ourselves back as empty nesters and little has changed. Exceptional grounds keeping, prompt maintenance, always upgrading the places as required, and warm interactions with Mona and Robin, whose office is helpfully right on site. The open areas for our grandson, and previously our children, to play are wonderful.

My son and I have lived in two different units here from 2003 until now. We’ve only had to call them about a problem a few times over the years and they were there right away! Recently we needed them on a weekend and Even though it was Mothers Day, Mona went in to the office to assist, no questions asked. She has also followed up with us to make sure everything is ok. Mona and Robyn and all the different courteous staff I see out and about are the friendliest, most caring staff I’ve ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Love living here and would recommend to anyone that is considering it!

Moved in recently and it is a very calm and quiet neighborhood. Mona and Robin made sure our move in went smoothly. They are just a phone call away and the maintenance so far has been super fast. Moved from the busy city life in Edmonton and we are enjoying our stay here.

We have lived here since 2015. The location is great, schools are close, parks and amenities are within walking distance. Management team is great about getting on top of maintenance. Love the yard, the area and the neighborhood is clean and quiet. I love living here.
