Thank you, especially to John/Jonathan our driver who collected us from Banff Inn and transferred us to Calgary Airport yesterday on the 7am service.
He arrived on time and was pleasant and friendly, he assisted with our luggage and we felt safe and well cared for at all times. Please pass on our thanks for getting us to our flight on time and keep up the good work.

Great service! Got from Canmore to Calgary much faster than expected on the 5:40 am ride. So happy I was able to get tickets last minute and that that route was available. Comfy seats, great scenery of the mountains along the way and super polite and professional driver.

Great service. All the drivers we had were awesome. Shout out to Kevin and Andrew who were our drivers on the way back from banff they were amazing. Very comfortable ride.

Took shuttles from Calgary to Banff, and a return over the last 10 days. Definitely a 5 star experience. Great communication, vehicles, and drivers. Would not hesitate to recommend to friends and family!

The gracious lady who checked my bags in was very courteous and welcoming. Kevin the driver was warm and friendly through the drive. The lady colleague at the desk displayed signs of selective customer service at the time of departure-- otherwise this would have been a five star experience.

Possibly-- and if safety precautions allow-- the driver could provide intermittent highlights of locations, neighborhoods and sceneries along the way.
