Charles was so good to us while we were visiting for the Banff World Media Festival! We could rely on him for getting us places on time and his friendliness and willingness to help us made our experience so much better. Will definitely book with the company next time I’m here!! Thank you Charles!!!
Rob was amazing, professional, prompt and we felt safe with his driving skills and in his nice/comfortable suv (we had a ski bag). He made sure the car was a comfortable temp, great conversation and pointed out sights along the route that we never knew existed.
Coming from the US and first time to Sunshine Village in Banff was very confusing when arriving and departing outside gondola hours, we considered going elsewhere and after a brief conversation with Jeremy at the office and making the reservation, they were also competitively priced for private car service, we felt more confident. Would absolutely recommend Rob and Banff Transportation.
