BeaverTails Banff (East)

Sometimes the line moves slow but the Beavertail is delicious. It really is a must try. Where are you going wrong with fried dough and sauce and toppings??!!

Compare to the one closer to the crossing of Banff avenue, this one is not too busy when we were there. Staff are friendly and fast, didn’t take long to get our order ready. The classic is hot and tasty, and price is fair, would definitely recommend it!

You cannot sleep on a beavertail. I did not know what a beavertail was for our entire time in Banff. We quickly learned it’s a flattened donut with toppings. A must try! We purchased an Apple Pie & Strawberry Cheesecake. Very delicious & a little messy! The dough reminded me of a toaster strudel. The lines for the 2 shops in Banff were almost always busy, but Sunday night closer to closing time, was the best time. The line does go pretty quickly! It was fun to be able to watch staff make your beavertail in front of you. They also have ice cream which was your typical flavors.

So glad we did - Beaver tails are delicious!
So much choice of toppings. We went for original - and the apple filling one.

Mmmmm - buy one and change your dessert life forever!!

Love these sweet pastries. Have tried 3 flavours and so far, all are really yummy.
They’re served fresh and hot & make a really good dessert!
Would love to try the ice creams one day.
Staff were really friendly too!
