I highly recommend this rental company. Had an awesome experience with them, not only was it easy to rent bikes and trailers from them, but Jason was beyond helpful in helping us plan our biking trip including looking into trail information for us and giving us some great tips and information about the area to make our trip as smooth as possible. They helped us load everything and unload everything once we got back. They were professional, patient, and very knowledgeable!

Friendly staff and the bikes were good. I had one issue with my bike and it was replaced the same day with no questions asked.

Powerful and high quality bikes. At max power the hills of Banff's Bow Parkway had little resistance making the experience extremely fun, relaxing, and with the good service and support by the team, one of the highlights of our weeklong trip.

Amazing service and very accommodating. I went to different bike stores to compare and I would say this was the best place in Banff. They had dog trailer as well and We enjoyed it!
