Standish Towing & Recovery

We blew out a tire on our truck/camper this weekend, and fortunately Eli came to the rescue. At first, it was a challenge communicating because we were out of cell service area at times, but Eli was pleasant about working through those technical hurdles and was positive to deal with throughout.
Once he arrived, he quickly worked through a tricky tire change with a heavy vehicle on a difficult grade - he was safe, and efficient and walked us through the process to keep us up to date.
Eli is a very personable guy, and a professional - we were really glad to deal with him, and would recommend him and Standish highly.

One of our service vans broke down on the way to lake louise and we called Standish towing at 8:20am; we were picked up by a professional tow truck driver at 9:10am and dropped off at garage in Banff. Our service van was back on the road to lake louise by 1:00pm. Thank you to Bruce and his team. Great equipment, great service, great people.

We were on our last day of vacation and our rental truck got a flat tire in what seemed to us to be the middle of nowhere. We were able to make it to the Peter Lougheed Discovery Centre right before they closed and were able to use a pay phone to call the rental car company. They sent Eli from Standish Towing & Recovery. Eli was definitely our angel that day. He was able to change the tire with a smile on his face. We apologized to him for having to drive so far and he said he didn't mind at all. He chatted with us and was so pleasant and comforting. We figured we were going to be sleeping in the truck that night but Eli definitely saved the day. He was very professional and courteous. Super quick to load our van to get us off the side of the highway and out of the rain. The hour journey to Golden flew by with Vince making us laugh the entire way. Such a legend! He really made something that could’ve been rubbish actually nice! Really lovely guy to chat to. Dropped off in golden safe and sound.

Standish was MaIng with my Alpha Romeo Stelvio. We had a flat tire which had to be replaced and the car had to be towed to Ok tire in Canmore. The Standish towing technician was amazing. He explained everything to us took his time and promised to take care of my baby🤣. You will not be disappointed when using Standish and that’s who AMA uses as well. Thank you to all who helped us
