(July 17, 2023, 3:22 pm)Great location just off of Banff Ave, which has lots of restaurants and shops for several blocks. Charging speeds are decent for a destination chargers, at about 7-8 km an hour.
(May 7, 2023, 8:49 pm)Super accessible location, charges as fast as my at-home charger so not inconvenient at all. Would rather wait here than drive back and forth to Canmore! Beautiful park, clean bathrooms, food within very very close distance. This is gonna make the trip a lot more enjoyable!
(September 17, 2022, 10:14 pm)I liked this station. All 4 charging stations (2 Tesla + 2 J1772) were operational and free on a Saturday around noon. They aren't the fastest but I was getting about 10% / 60k per hour while I looked around Banff. Going to use it again when I'm at event this evening - should get me above 90% by the time I'm ready to leave. This station is operated by Parks Canada and there is no charge for the charge.
(August 20, 2022, 3:06 am)These chargers are slow, 3% in 30 minutes. Charged 50% in 40 minutes at the Canmore super chargers. None EV cars parked in spots, and no enforcement.
