What wonderful service Burroughs Plumbing and Heating provided us. They arrived on time, fixed our issue in a timely manner and investigated some other concerns we had from a reno we had done a year ago. I was new to Lacombe and needed a furnace inspection done. I checked out 2 local companies and chose Burroughs Plumbing and Heating. They were very professional,honest and very thorough. I was told all I needed was a duct cleaning and they recommended a company that did a great job. Burroughs is a great family owned company who I will definitely use for any work in the future and I highly recommend them.

I had both Hot Water tanks replaced. They were effecient, the job was professionally and quickly done. The walk through of the complete system at the end of the install was very helpful. I will use Burroughs Plumbing and Heating again for any future plumbing needs I might have

They came to fix our furnace. They were straightforward, no jerking around. Had an extremely quick response time in fitting us into their schedule. Cost efficient, they didn’t just tell me umm I guess you need a new furnace. They diagnosed and fixed a part in our furnace same day. Just amazing service overall!!! We’ll never use anyone else. Can’t wait to try them out for plumbing.
