Lacombe Vision Centre

What an amazing staff! Went in to get my glasses tightened because I had lost a lot of weight and they were falling off my face. They let me in and made me feel welcome and even though I didn't buy anything they tightened my glasses for free! I will definitely be bringing my business here

I had a wonderful experience during my full eye exam last week at Lacombe Vision Centre. The facility was immaculately clean with a wide range of choices in glasses, and personable staff who were ready and able to help me choose some new specs. My appointment started positively as the lovely English lady covering the front desk escorted me to the initial testing room and collected all preliminary information with a kind and positive tone. The eye exam itself was with Dr. H, who was soft spoken and meticulously thorough. Overall a great experience... a place were I will definitely go back, and will book my two year old son's very first appointment, as I am confident that the friendly staff will take good care of him!

The staff is professional and very helpful. Dr. Heimdahl takes his time to explain everything and answer quesions I have as well.
