We've had our kitchen for a few years now and I still get excited about it. Its custom design has made the best use of our space. Its beautiful. They did a great job, and and were professional and kind, and went out of their way to answer any questions we had, right down to last minute changes!
It's great to see the new Wolf Creek Cabinets team creating and growing as we new they would!
Jay and all the staff are a joy to deal with, very detail orientated and professional. Great craftsmanship! They go beyond expectations.
I love, love, LOVE our new kitchen and would recommend this company in a heartbeat!
After working through plans and estimates with several other entities, including a big box store, we were a little discouraged, particularly with the cost.
We found Whitney and Jay to be knowledgeable, passionate, and genuine. There was unsurpassed attention to detail and symmetry, unique solutions for problem areas, and a timely and skilled install.
Elizabeth View Bed & Breakfast, Lacombe, AB, 2017
My husband and I recently engaged Wolf Creek Cabinets in Lacombe, AB to design, build and install kitchen, laundry room and bathroom cabinets in a new home. We met with Whitney who sat down with us to discuss our style and budget, as well as how we intended to use the spaces. Whitney really put herself into my kitchen when she did up the plans, imagining how she would cook in that space as she designed the layout. She also offered us advice about wood species and door style that we found very helpful. The end result is a kitchen that is as useful as it is breathtaking.
We did get quotes from several custom cabinet shops before we decided to go with Wolf Creek. We found that their prices were comparable, but Whitney’s fresh ideas and enthusiasm won us over. We were a little disappointed that we had to pay a deposit before we could have a copy of the plans as it made it difficult to compare with the other quotes we were looking at. Wolf Creek was the only cabinet shop we talked to that didn’t release the plans along with their quote. We also were asked to write a postdated cheque for the hold back at the time of delivery which was cashed before the job was completed. This left us feeling like we had no recourse if Wolf Creek didn’t complete the job to our satisfaction.
Fortunately, Wolf Creek has been just as committed to customer service after our kitchen was ordered as they were before. Wolf Creek Cabinets has provided excellent after installation service, returning several times to make sure that our cabinets function optimally and fit our appliances.
Wolf Creek Cabinets in Lacombe, AB is a lovely family owned business that I am happy to recommend.
