52 North Venue

I cannot say enough great things about this venue!! We got married here back in July 2021, and from the first time we got in contact with Katrina, and up until after our special day was over we have had nothing but an overall amazing experience with the owners Katrina and Devon.  They have been consistently responsive and extremely helpful with all my questions or concerns I had regarding our wedding day - We had an intimate wedding and I was doing the wedding planning myself, so unfortunately there were many times I had to make changes to the day for ex. timeline etc. And 52 North has been nothing but accommodating. Also a plus is they offer decor rentals as well - so convenient! They have an absolutely beautiful modern industrial feel venue and you can tell that they take great pride in it - it's very well maintained. We are so happy to have booked with them and would definitely recommend 52 North for anyone who is looking for a beautiful secluded venue, and wonderful friendly owners to work with!

From the moment we walked onto the 52 North property, we knew this was the perfect location for our dream wedding. There are so many incredible things to say about the owners and the venue!

Kat was personable, professional, and above all accommodating. Kat and Devon go the extra mile for their couples to ensure their day is exactly as planned. We loved the open house planning days offered, which enabled us to see the space, ask questions and finalize our decor/details. Kat and Devon answered questions and offered suggestions from previous weddings.

On our wedding weekend, Kat and Devon met us to tour us through the space and ensure we were ready for the wedding. They recently purchased a golf cart, which created accessibility for our guests with limited mobility and helped with transporting our decorations to the ceremony site. The grounds were in immaculate condition, tables set up to our plan, and all the other furniture was arranged as requested. We selected the ceremony site that was close to the creek. The set-up was meticulous, the benches were lined up perfectly.

The suite was perfect for our bridal party to get ready and relax on the wedding day. The suite offered an exceptional space for makeup and hair. With a full kitchen, it was easy to have breakfast and lunch before the ceremony. The men were able to have a cocktail and get photos in their room. We loved the decor in both spaces, which was great for photos. Conveniently, we were able to stay in the suite on the night of the wedding.

The reception space is something like no other. It’s open, the tables are gorgeous, and it was easy to dress the venue up to your individual style. We loved having the bay doors open so the guests could enjoy the indoor/outdoor feeling. Our catering company loved working in the space. The outdoor space was set up with games and all the guests enjoyed playing them between the ceremony and reception. It was an added bonus to do all of our photos on the property because everywhere you looked it was picture perfect.

Throughout the weekend, our guests commented on how magical and unique the venue was. We are so happy that we found this hidden gem and we had the best wedding day!

Just coordinated a wedding at this venue this past weekend - I have to say it’s now one of my favourite venues. It’s absolutely beautiful scenery and super cool industrial style. But beyond that the owners are incredibly generous, thorough, and accommodating. The venue itself is very well thought out - access points, locks, features, power at the ceremony site, getting ready and staging areas, space for the caterers, really everything was just EASY and brilliantly planned. Also worth mentioning that the barn doors onto the outdoor patio made people feel a lot more comfortable re: covid precautions. Lots of air flow and space to spread people out throughout the night. Highly recommend this venue :)

Me and my husband had a surprise wedding reception at this location and I could not recommend 52 North Venue enough. The space is beautiful inside and out. Which meant very little decore was needed. The owners were accommodating, genuine, and flexible. You will not regret choosing this venue for any event you might be planning.

Kat and Devon were amazing! They made our big deal so spectacular. Kat was prompt to answer her email on any little question I had. It eased my mind when planning a wedding during a pandemic. My guests were blown away by the fabulous venue and how easy it was to get to. It was so lovely to get ready at the venue and made the day so stress-free. I highly recommend 52 North Venue to anyone getting married!
