I recently had the pleasure of working with Charlie and can I say, WOW! My family owns a flooring store and over the years have had the opportunity to work with many contractors, most of which have hair pulling-out moments.... but not with Charlie!! He was fantastic to work for.
From day one he was kind, easy to communicate with, super reasonable and flexible. When I sent him an invoice, a few days later there was a chq in the mail. SO EASY! So nice!! If I could copy & paste all of my contractors to be this straightforward to work with, I would! I would not hesitate to hire Charlie for any our of future projects!
