The Business Manager Jordan Sinclair, knows what he is doing, and is very happy to teach the WHY behind his recommendations when it comes to the world of financing.

Special THANK YOU to TJ, and the RV Tech who really stepped up and made sure to squeeze me in after thieves stole our battery right before a Maiden Voyage with our family in the trailer. Fraserway RV has always been terrific when our trailer needed service. They are fast, efficient and do the job. Carla is very accommodating and does what she can to help with your trailer problems. I would recommend them to all my friends!

Service was great and done while i waited. Parts area and show room looked like a unorganized storage area..its was clean but product stacked and thrown on shelves and excess inventory stored on show room floor. Seemed a little run down for a fraser way center..Someone needs to do some much needed merchandising.

Clean bright and handy location right on the highway. Large showroom with a few RV's to view. Some RV small items for repairs you might need. If you have to order something it seems to take a very long time to get anything from them. Took the one staff member 15 minutes to even acknowledge us. He was helping someone load something heavy but he should've at least said hello give me a minute please....something. Other than the long wait for parts and lack of customer service they are a good store.

Bought a trailer from here last year and missed a piece of paper that was for the trailer warranty. But that same day our front door lock on the trailer broke, we let them know and they switched it out that day no questions asked. Would strongly recommended Fraserway RV Lacombe to be your next place to buy your new trailer. Great customer service and sales people. Thanks again
