Sue at Lacombe Storage was very accommodating right from the first day on the phone with her! I let her know exactly what I was looking for and she was quick to get me the unit I needed to store my belongings. I was impressed with their full security, from the secure gates, overhead cameras and even the lock they advised me to have. Their monthly cost was very reasonable in comparison to other companies that not only charged more, but did not have the same security features. Other places I had phoned could not even come close to matching the peace of mind I received from Lacombe Storage. I will definitely be a return customer if the need arises!! Thank you Sue!!

Huge, shout out to Brent and Sue Sage at Lacombe Storage Center ! Saturday, I broke my key off in my lock. I called Sue and, told her my predicament. Brent was there in a flash to help me out. He ground my lock off and replaced it. What I thought would be a big hassle, only took 10 minutes. I was so grateful to Brent, and he was so kind and courteous about my mishap. It’s wonderful to deal with a local, mom and pop business, where they know your name and, are around when you need them. Its so much nicer than dealing with a big conglomerate! Thanks so much, Brent and Sue Sage, for taking such great care of my treasures and, being there when I need you! Lacombe Storage Center is a wonderful asset to our town!! I would recommend Lacombe Storage to anyone that needs a safe, secure place to store their valuables!!

I can't say enough about the kindness I was shown by the people who run this business! I had a small emergency and they went above and beyond to help, going so far as to use their own vehicle and physically help me get everything done. They really swooped in and gave me back some faith in people. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

Extremely happy with the price and the service. Sue was super accommodating as we were figuring out sizing and dates as we were moving. Between her and Laurie, we were all set up to go so that there weren't any surprises and she was able to get us two smaller lockers instead of a big one that would still work for our needs. Everything was clean and working properly. Definitely recommend
