I hired Dave to insulate my new house and have been very impressed with the performance of the basf ecotite spray foam insulation. Not only has it provided me with the best efficiency , it has also made my home more rigid which is important as I am totally exposed to the wind. The installation was professional, the site was left as clean as possible and I was very happy with my decision when the blower test showed me how well my insulation was sealed. I would 100% insulate any new construction this way.

I have used RCI, owned and operated by Dave Southcott, for several projects over the past 3 years.

Three of the projects, including a multi-phased set of additions to my personal residence, involved the installation of Walltite-eco spray foam. I have found that the use of spray foam is "transformational" as compared to conventional fibreglass/rock wool products and technology. What needs to understood is that in addition to very good insulating qualities, the use of spray foam fully seals all surfaces to which it is applied and eliminates all drafts and cold air movements that typically exist with conventional insulation. The warm and draft free environment that results is extremely comfortable and requires much less heat.

Dave is very knowledgeable the with respect to the technical and practical aspects of the spray foam industry and overall construction. He has consistently demonstrated a commitment to providing a high quality service.

I should also mention that in addition to utilizing RCI for the spray foam insulation, Dave has also supplied me with EuroLine windows. I have found EuroLine windows to be significantly superior to the typical windows supplied in the residential building industry. The windows far exceed current energy standards and are also built much stronger.

Overall, I am very satisfied with RCI and am confident in the services provided. If I wasn't satisfied, I would not be to be a repeat customer.
