HAPPY NAPPY Cloth Diaper Service

We used Happy Nappy service from March 2020 until March 2022. We were so happy to find the service so we didn't have to worry about purchasing all the correct sizes for cloth (and covers) - everything was provided and washed weekly. We live on an acreage just 20 min West of Edmonton, and they delivered out here which was awesome! The owner was quick to respond to adjustments in sizes (as our daughter grew) as well as service holds when we were on holidays. We really enjoyed cloth diapering - no blowouts, no diaper rashes, and our daughter successfully potty-trained by 24 months. Not to mention keeping a large amount of disposables out of the landfill. We will happily use them again!

We had a great experience with Happy Nappy. It was especially helpful with multiples, because you don't have a lot of energy so getting diapers delivered was great, and there would have been a crazy amount of diapers that would have been sent to the landfill if we used disposables. We've had no diaper rashes to worry about either, and we never had a shortage of diapers.

Happy Nappy made cloth diapering so easy. I’d tried doing my own cloth diapers previously and abandoned it pretty quickly but with delivery it was honestly easier than using disposable diapers. I also never had blowouts with the diapers, but consistently had them whenever I'd put a disposable on my son. The service was excellent and they were always friendly to deal with. It's affordable (very comparable to the cost of disposables) and you don't have to deal with all the garbage that disposable creates. I'd definitely recommend them.

I used the cloth dipper service offered by Happy Nappy for about 1 year (2-14). we are extremely happy with everything, from customer relationship to customer satisfaction :). We highly recommend the service.
The service includes unlimited cloth diapers (usually they have set number but you can more), clean diapers are delivered every week and they take your dirty diapers. This service offers you an environmentally friendly alternative and it is completely safe to your child. Diapers always arrive very clean.

As first parents we were a little afraid about not knowing how to use the Cloth diapers. But they are actually very easy to use, and Happy Nappy makes sure you know how to use them by sending you step by step instructions with pictures :D
You will need to buy/rent diaper covers. I recommend buying them new. In my opinion the new covers ones were more effective at preventing wet clothes. Once you get a handle of how to properly put the diaper cover you will have 0 problems with wetness and leaks.
One huge benefit from using cloth diapers is that our child had no rashes. Our baby had one rash before we started with Happy Nappy, and afterwards we only experience one or two additional ones in the 12 month period! These rashes were related to small diapers and asking happy nappy for the next size up fixed the problem immediately.

We decided to discontinued the service when our baby was 14 months because our child is too active and it started to become very difficult after 12 months to change his diaper laying down, he also started understanding a lot and we felt it could be a good time to start potty training. So we have decided that pull-ups will be better fit for us now.

Used them for two kids, both potty trained by 20 months (which some credit has to go to the cloth!). Wouldn’t have gone through the hassle of cloth without a service, and they were so great. Super friendly, easy to work with, and any mistakes were quickly rectified with apologies. Amazing customer service!!

Get the diaper pail!! I didn’t and I sooo wish I had. Ask for inserts to prevent leaks. Be aware of when you need to size up, or email them to ask. They’re great at answering all your questions!
