Mike from Leduc Overhead door came to replace the spring that had broken on my door today. He was super polite, kind and knowledgeable, and then also absolutely went the extra mile, linking my systems to my phone, saving me a boatload of money (when I thought the system was obsolete and might need replacement), by bridging it to the other unit. Made my day! I've been super impressed with Leduc Overhead door, who we chose to replace the entire doors, and lift units 7 years ago, am very happy to recommend them and our (beautiful Clopay doors) and will definitely keep using their service! Our doors look and are perfect!

Chris and the rest of staff are fantastic to deal with. They came and checked my door and replaced the bottom seal and the service technician was great and made sure everything was 100% and they are the only place to go thank you .

The spring on my overhead door broke early in the morning. I called L.O.D when they opened and they had a service technician come by the same day in the early afternoon. Mike, did a great job replacing the springs, and fixed a couple of other issues: replaced some broken hinges, new cover for the activator and also sprayed my tracks with graphite and rust coat.
Great service at a reasonable cost. I was very happy with my experience with Leduc Overhead Doors.

AmaZing company! Called them twice now to come fix and look at a garage door and they have been incredible and they didn’t charge us for a simple fix today! Very timely and efficient as well. We really appreciate their service. Definitely recommend! Will be using them in the future if needed for sure.

One of the springs broke on our garage door over the weekend. We called the company who had originally installed the door when the house was built (5 years ago) and they sent us Mike. What can I say, very personable guy, efficient, quick, explained what he had done and went above and beyond by doing some adjustments and lubricating the moving parts. The door is now better than ever and we’re very happy with the service. Would definitely recommend!
