Purchased a pool from Tangle 2 years ago, The management team was professional and honest in our transaction, offering lots of support when needed and assisted in every way they were able when issues occurred.

the pool I purchased had a manufacturing defect in the base coat (not Tangles fault) causing in to bubble after 6 months, Tangle recoated it under warranty resolving the issue.

Edit: I would like to dispute the fact that the funds requested had a fraudulent name. The funds requested showed the recipient as Tangle Pools, so I had no reason to believe it was a thief waiting.

I give Tangle Pools 3 stars because after discussing and planning our pool, their email was hacked and fraudulent wiring instructions were sent to me. We wired the $28K deposit, our life savings, to a fraudulent account. Six weeks after this happened I was informed of the breech and that the funds were never received by Tangle Pools. Afterwards Loni was helpful in finding out some information and my bank has tried to recover the funds with no success. We have law enforcement involved as well.

We still do not have our pool or our money or a path forward from the company to compensate us in any way. That said, they have been very kind and are truly sorry for the inconvenience for my family and I'm sure they will be able to make this right. I'm also quite sure that they have taken measures to ensure that no one else's $28K is stolen from them.

Very professional and knowledgeable about what they are selling. Was able to answer all questions which made me feel confident with wanting to purchase a pool.
