(August 3, 2020, 3:24 am)Phoned on call parts personnel at 9am on Sunday of August long weekend because baler broke down during prime baling weather. Blair was friendly, knowledgeable, quick on the part look up & availability. Got us our parts & we were back baling by the afternoon.
