This most certainly is the CBSA and they do customs clearance there. I was there last week and they were very kind and extremely helpful and knowledgeable.

I'm surprised to see some users (even local guide) confirmed this is not CBSA (within the past year)? Are any of you blind or just trying to get review points????

I have been going into the location for the past 3 years for custom clearance, friendly staff (most the time), if you need help, they will give you guidance on clearance. Overall positive experience compare to other government agencies.

For those who has to go to downtown, I'm quite speechless but god bless you.
