(July 5, 2023, 2:39 am)Could spend more to make the park look neater. Does snow removal, but damages property at the same time and you repair at your own expense. However the owner is out plowing snow even on Sundays. Quiet place.

(September 19, 2017, 8:40 am)The management here seems to be much more realistic on running the park and creating rules than an owner of other mobile home neighborhoods in Coaldale. People speak highly of him. The lot rent is less expensive and are just as big. Also, they seem to do what they say they will. (Unlike other mobile home parks). There are some older homes, but the yards seem to be kept up with well.
