I highly recommend Dr. Manasi! She took great care of me, always explaining the treatment and what to expect plus always checking in on me. All of the staff were great too; so kind and efficient.

Really good physio care. The therapist explained everything before, during and after she did it and was concerned about how comfortable I was while having the procedures done. Very good experience and I'm very happy that they're a small enough business that I receive good care and understanding staff when I need to rebook because of child care issues :)

I love this clinic! I have been seeing Jody for massage therapy at the clinic for quite a while, she is amazing! She is so happy during all her appointments, always consults at the beginning of each appointment to make sure what my problem areas are that day, and I am able to book times that work for me (evenings).

Jody mentioned during one of our appointments that their physio team is excellent, so I recently went for physio for a vertigo issue. I saw Mayank Patel, who was just fabulous! He asked me a lot of questions to fully understand what was happening, explained a lot of very technical terms in a way I could understand, and gave me lots of options to reach him if I had questions in between appointments. Best of all, the physio worked!

They also booked me in really quickly, I was able to get a same day appointment after getting my doctor referral (insurance required it), and when I had a relapse after a couple of weeks, they were able to squeeze me in with very short notice as it was an emergency appointment.

I will definitely be back!

Today I had a massage with Jody. I can say I don’t remember having such a healing experience. Jody had a real grasp of my issues and treated me so respectfully. She more than met my expectations. Thanks, Impact Health-another great service for we who come in pain and leave with that pain/discomfort alleviated.

I began with Mayank Patel and his great staff in August. I had a bad lower back and strained intercostal muscles on my left side.

I was in a lot of discomfort, which was quickly, professionally and kindly relieved each time I went for a treatment.

As my injuries started to heal I was provided an exercise program with great instructions and caution to ensure everything was understood to facilitate strengthening my muscles - such good advice too, to ensure prevention of injury in the future.

Each interaction with Mayank and his staff was so congenial. I highly recommend Impact Health Services in Coaldale to any and all my friends who require Physio or massage. Thanks Mayank, Manasi and Kaitlyn.
