(January 6, 2019, 12:34 am)Beautiful river valley park! This is a significant location where you will find the fresh water treatment plant, intake canal, and weir. Popular fishing spot and wildlife viewing area. Keep watch for pelicans, wandering garter snakes, yellow-bellied marmots, raccoons, deer, beaver, and muskrat (among many others). Gravel parking lot with boat launch. River Loop Trail offers great views of the University of Lethbridge and the coulees.
