Fresh Start Recovery Centre

Tony and his team save lives. One of the mottos I hear is we are in the business of success, that is awesome after 14 weeks if an individual doesn't receive any growth I would be very surprised. In my opinion fresh start is the greatest treatment center in north America

The staff is awesome, the counsellors fantastic, everything else is great except the new management. Tony and Bruce did come into South Country with a lot of energy and new Ideas, however, as much as first impressions weren't the greatest, their integrity and motivation became clear to me later. I went home and lapsed, and it was Tony and Bruce who recognized the help I needed, and I was invited to the Calgary facility very quickly. I've been sober for a month and I know that the grace of God was working thru them, to help me, and for that I'm eternally grateful!

My initial thoughts and feelings about the centre is that it was going to be another institution filled with big headed wannabe correctional officers telling me when i can eat sleep & $#1T , it wasn't long after i arrived at south country that the new management Tony & Bruce & Stacey had taken over and actually made it all more welcoming with its open door policy and how like my self they have had there experience of the system and all the staff and councillors are living proof that Fresh Start south country structure and following the 12 steps guarantees the work i put towards my recovery will result in the satisfaction of my achievements returning the solid in more ways than i could imagine . Ive learned to accept my past mistakes and move forward with my recovery while being accountable for my actions with response towards taking the initiative on a day by day basis. Im proud and honourable to say to you all that my name is Josh & I'm in recovery !!!!

Staff are amazing along with the councillors it was great experience and I'm glad to be apart of fresh start. Very grateful for Tony and Bruce super supportive and encouraging throughout the program and afterwards getting me set up in secondary housing thanks to staff and Tony for the support and the lessons learnt. Great atmosphere to be apart of.

I recently completed the 4 week program at the South Country Treatment Centre, and was very pleased with the facility. They have a structured but easy going atmosphere. The staff were very helpful and genuinely care about you and your well being. I learned a lot about addiction and ways to be successful in sober living. Aside from what you’ll learn about addiction, you will learn a lot about yourself, and about how your thoughts and behaviours can affect you as a person. The counsellors and staff are very professional and will work to help you on your way to recovery. The food is excellent, and helps you to develop a healthy lifestyle. If you put in the effort during your time at SCTC, you will be surprised what you stand to gain from the experience. A huge thank you to the staff at SCTC. Sincerely, Wade.S
