Good pricing, owner BJ is great.
First time there and was very pleased with their selection and their service. Staff members were very friendly and helpful.
I was visiting Lethbridge last week, and wanted to check out a few quilt stores, and Fabric Fusion was the first (and only) shop I got to. Start the car!! I found the most intense, rich deep Burmuda Blues, teals, sea blues, I don't know what colour or shade you'd call it, but BAM! She had them. Now I do too! Lovely clean, bright, well laid out store, super friendly staff, and most of the clients coming in were greeted by name! Such a great store, too bad I live about 5 hours away!
If you're looking for a great reason to go to Lethbridge, Fabric Fusion is about 5 reasons. Lucky ladies who live in Lethbridge!
I was just in the store looking for a certain of fabric which unfortunately they didn't carry. They had some that was close but not exactly what I was looking for. The gentleman very nicely phoned another material shop close by but a bit difficult to get to because of construction. They did not carry what I was looking for so I was saved a trip which I really appreciated. The shop was one where you could spend hours, if you were a sewer or quilter, looking through the stock on hand. The owners were very pleasant and willing to help as I stated earlier. The only complaint I had was trying to get into store. The step upon to the sidewalk is high and very difficult to get onto especially if one has difficulty walking and climbing steps. I use a cane but little strength in arms and legs. A lady was just getting out of her car and came over to help me. The gentleman in the shop helped me down when I left. Evidently there is a graduated end of the sidewalk but way down at the end and not marked or any indication it was there. Not an easy access to the shops in the strip mall for handicap people.
