Great little park with walking path around the lake and a playground as well as green space for kids to play. Lots of birds use the lake as well as muskrats
today I did a market here with ashcroft and it was really nice good place to check in the summer for mainly kid market
Beautiful park to visit. Great walking path and playground for kids.
My go-to "walk-around" park. Beautiful place. One complaint: foxtails. There needs to be preventative measures put in place. I avoid this park during the summer months because of this. My dog is trained, however, loves eating grass. I just worry she eats the wrong type of grass and I have to take her to the vet.
This new park in the Country Meadows subdivision features a playground on the West end and a paved path circling a storm pond. There are nicely placed benches close to the playground and overlooking the pond.
On my visit, I saw two muskrats, several geese and other wetland birds. Judging by the pathways in spots, the geese are prevalent and well-fed!
The paved path is also marked as a 1 km recreational loop for walking, running, cycling, etc. The pavement is marked every 100m.
