I tried everything. The guy knew what the issue was right away. He had the toilet flushing in 30 minutes. Charged me for 30 minutes instead of an hour. Great service. Friendly. Knowledgeable.

Had a pipe burst underneath the cement in our basement, a very nice lady put us in touch with the overnight fella, who got us to call the city to shut the water off. When I called him back he didn't sound pleased at the idea of coming down to fix it; ended up having a different guy show up in the morning. I'm terrible at recalling names, but the man who came to our house was very respectful and easy to get along with for us and our pets, he was seriously awesome to work with. He also dealt with the city for the curb stop, which was certainly a relief. Despite our house being so old that it's not in line with modern pipe sizes he made the process relatively quick and painless. He even went to multiple distributors to find a suitable part, so it did really feel that he went above and beyond for us.

Wow. That's what I want to say right off the bat. We had been having some issues with our dishwasher not draining. After replacing the dishwasher and reinstalling it with my father in law. We found out that wasn't the problem at all. We decided to bite the bullet and call a plumber. My wife chose these guys pretty much at random. We were shocked when they said they could come the next day and that diagnosing the issue was free. The guy came and within 15 mins had it figured out and didn't charge us a dime. We will 100% be using them in the future for any plumbing needs we have. Highly recommend

Very impressed, Jen was pretty calm and so very proffesional and she made us feel so much better with this whole horrid ordeal. I definitely recommend her as she is just an impressive lady with a great attitude and does an excellent job, it was a total mess and she went out of her way to accommodate us and clean up as best as she could considering how bad it was, two thumbs up to Roto Rooter!

I am really pleased with the service.
I am in from Calgary dealing with a pipe issue in my Mother-in-law's home.
Mark came on Saturday & cleaned out the pipe.
Unfortunately it backed up again following day so he came again & cleaned it out again, put a camera down.
Stuck with the 24hr guarantee, was very pleasant & informative, said he'd have to charge for putting the camera down but in the end left saying no charge.
Highly recommend.
