My Wife and I are nearing the end of the building process and would like to thank all involved for making it a great experience. From looking around to find what we wanted and then finding the right team to make it happen. We chose Dynamic out of Red Deer who had SRI Regent in Lethbridge chosen as the builder. This choice was also based on referrals from others happy with their work. We then went through the processes involving colours, flooring, tiles... with Jim and Arron at the Red Deer office. This was the completed package that was sent in for construction. This may sound easy but with the experience they have it was easier and nice to know that everything was flowing good.
We currently completed a plant tour of the facility in Lethbridge, thank you to Jim Fredette for arranging to have Craig Andres meet us and set the tour in motion. We then met Lori Gerber (please forgive me if I don't have all the names correct) who gave us the tour.
Lori started by showing us our new home nearing the ending stages then through the plant. The tour showed the level of concern to details, quality of work, safety and an excellent ran QA/QC program through out the entire process. When the CSA stamp goes on in the end it is well deserved. It is evident that the indoor atmosphere makes the process better for quality work and cost savings as there is never a need to battle the weather and it is much easier to keep on schedule...
We are very happy we had a this group building our home and would highly recommend them to others looking to have a home built.
Please pass these positive comments on to the people involved from sales, planning/engineering and staff on the floor making it happen, it truly was a pleasant experience.
Thanks!

We bought a double wide home from STI. We understand that this builder doesn't produce high end products however, some of the materials used are somewhat cheap. 3 pane windows should be standard we think just to name one example. We had to call a window replacement company already to replace one window as it is not closing properly and rattels , We found that the wall coverings are so thin that they scratch very easely and as far as we know can not be touched up . If you ever buy a home from SRI through a third party make sure that you get ALL the warranty documentation up front
