    So far, trying to get someone to answer is a looong process, and I don't have time to sit at my phone to get an appointment. They DO have an on line booking, but of course, it is not working on my computer...sigh.Yeah, I know everyone is busy. Still waiting to get the system to work so I can book, which is what the phone message keeps telling me to do. Gotta love technology, right?
    Anyway, someone finally got to me, and everything was taken care of. Thank goodness. Nice to talk to a person instead of the repeat message:)

    Dr.Gumbs was such a pleasure to see. Fast alongside pleasant to deal with and very knowledgeable in his field. Helped ease my nerves with the experience. No pun intended haha.

    Great clinic and I like how I'm treated here. Nurses and doctors are personable (my Doctor is Doctor Singh) and I feel my needs are tended to. I do miss having a blood lab there but I understand that wasn't really their decision.

    Have had nothing but positive experiences with folks in reception. Helpful, patient, courteous. Melissa is great. So friendly.

    One issue needs to be dealt with though - being placed on hold for 20+ minutes while trying to book an appointment listening to the guy on the recording apologize repeatedly is not very professional for a medical clinic. (Reminds me of Telus.) Hire more staff for reception, especially when they have a full complement of clients/patients.
